3 Day Quote Challenge: Day 3

Hi Guys,

Thanks again to PoojaG for the nomination for the 3 Day Quote Challenge! Final day here I come:

Rules to be followed:

  • 3 quotes each day
  • 3 nominees to be nominated (no repetition!)
  • Thank the person who nominated you
  • Inform the nominees

My quotes for today are… all bookish quotes from some of my favorite/recent reads:

1.  JRR Tolkien, The Hobbit

“Bilbo rushed along the passage, very angry, and altogether bewildered and bewuthered–this was the most awkwatd Wednesday he ever remembered.”

2. Sarah Addison Allen, Garden Spells

“Summer was a lady who didn’t give up her spotlight easily.”

3. Kiersten White, And I Darken

“On our wedding night,” she said, “I will cut out your tongue and swallow it. Then both tongues that spoke our marriage vows will belong to me, and I will be wed only to myself. You will most likely choke to death on your own blood, which will be unfortunate, but I will be both husband and wife and therefore not a widow to be pitied.”

 My nominees for today are:
